This Privacy Notice explains how Karolína Paseková ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use NaPad (the "Service"). Karolína Paseková is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service.

- Support data: messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
- Payment data: payment-related information is collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store full payment card details.

- provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- process payments, subscriptions, and refunds via Paddle;
- respond to your support requests and feedback;
- maintain the security of the Service and prevent fraud;
- send you service-related messages and, where permitted, product updates.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required (for example, for marketing communications or optional cookies).
Who we share data with

- Paddle: our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and billing support.
- Service providers: hosting, authentication, analytics, error reporting, and customer support tools that help us operate the Service.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, or other advisers when necessary.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions approved by the European Commission, to protect your data.
Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
