Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15/09/2026

1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NaPad (the "Service"), a personal life tracker web application operated by Karolína Paseková (the "Seller"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise continuing to use NaPad, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates posted on this page.

3. Service description

NaPad provides tools for personal productivity, including finance tracking, goal and task planning, travel planning, recipe boards, notes, business idea mindmaps, and a social media planner. Some features use AI-generated suggestions. AI outputs are informational only and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • using NaPad for any unlawful purpose;
  • uploading or distributing malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • attempting to interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service;
  • scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing any technical limits;
  • impersonating another person or providing false account information.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and content provided by NaPad remain the property of Karolína Paseková. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NaPad within the scope of your subscription.

6. Payment, billing and subscriptions

NaPad is offered on a subscription basis after a free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, refunds, and billing support on our behalf.

For full details on payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page or Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you will retain access until then.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to a customer's first paid subscription only, once. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, access to the Service is restricted until a subscription is purchased. Your data is retained and becomes accessible again as soon as you subscribe.

9. Service level

We aim to keep NaPad available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service from time to time.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karolína Paseková is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
